Macemain + Amstad support a dedicated design team detailing in AutoCadTM 2009 in 2D and 3D formats. The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 1994 (CDM) and the obligations placed on Designers are considered in relation to all design work. The design team is directly networked to our manufacturing to enable the smooth transfer of information from design to production.

We have 35 years of design experience and a proven ability to work with our clients to understand expectations and requirements and to successfully deliver projects. Our professional design team can give advice and guidance throughout the design process from concept designs, 3D imagery to complete 2D detailed design for production and review against specification and site survey. The design team works in partnership with our clients to achieve the design they require even if this is significantlt different to our standard products. Our team works with our clients to match their project requirements exactly.

Extensive experience over many years, particularly in transport infrastructure with clients like Architectural Practices, Network Rail, Airport Authorities and local Authorities, has led to high profile projects such as the platform fit outs to Southeastern Railway platforms at St Pancras, Stratford and Ebbsfleet International Stations and 500 meters of interchange walkway at Dublin International Airport.

Macemain + Amstad offer advice on foundation arrangements, ground fixing techniques and can mange the Planning and Landlords Consent process if required. In conjunction with consulting structural engineers, Macemain + Amstad can also provide calculations for building control approval as a fully integrated 'Turn Key' solution.
