Covered Walkways and Glass Walkways
Macemain + Amstad offer a range of Covered Walkways and Glass Walkways that are utilised within the following sectors:
- Public Transport Infrastructure Projects: bus station design; train station design; platform walkways and links; multi-laned covered walkways.
- Education, Health, Defence, Retail and Commercial Developments: covered walkways, glass walkways and building linkages.
These covered and glass walkways provide weather protected, clear and legible links for people between buildings, through open space, from one destination to another e.g. a car park to a bus, rail or air terminal or between two buildings on a campus. A covered walkway can also be used proactively by operational management teams to control the movement of people i.e. people boarding air planes at terminals.
