Telesales Executive Required

Candidate
We are recruiting for an experienced Telesales Executive who is looking for a varied and flexible role and would like to join a small dedicated team of people.The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with prospective clients about the Company’s capabilities, ascertaining potential projects of interest and generating sales leads.

The role is office based but flexible in terms of days and hours worked.

Job Purpose
To provide telesales support, lead generation, to the existing Sales Team. This role is all about developing client relationships and using your influence to obtain the opportunity for the Company to quote for new work. To re-establish contact with existing customers and to make new contacts with potential customers. To grow these client relationships: make follow-up calls; email information; set up meetings for Sales Executives. Reports to the Business Development Director.

Duties & Responsibilities
• To place phone calls to existing customers from our database
• To identify and place phone calls to potential new customers
• To follow a script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales message
• To develop these customer relationships through: the exchange of information; making follow-up calls; setting up meetings for Sales Executives
• Generate a minimum of 5 leads a day in the form of follow-up meetings; new enquires for potential projects to progress and/or the opportunity to quote for a project
• Record and maintain all sales information in accordance with Company procedures
 
Competencies
• Previous experience working in Sales/Telesales environment is preferred
• Customer Service experience will also be considered as appropriate training will be provided
• Strong communication skills and comfortable with telesales
• Excellent telephone manor and articulation is essential
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage your own workload
• Team Player
• Energy & Drive.
